What is your interest in the Mass. Studies Network?
I am currently interning with for the Mass. Memories Road Show. I am very interested in community building projects, whether that be in person or on the Web. I am interested to see how the Mass. Studies network fosters a sense of community and encourages creativity and collaboration between local organizations.
About Me:
I am a graduate student in the Public Humanities Program at Brown. I am originally from California, but have spent the last three years in Boston and Providence, learning how to bridge higher academia and the public. My interests include oral history, community memory, local history, and projects that involve civic engagement and community engagement. I will be graduating in May and plan on returning to Los Angeles.
