Open to anyone looking to share ideas about programs that feature local history subjects. As someone who is responsible for putting programs together - I am always looking for new ideas, and willing to share ideas that have worked for us.
The Congregational Library and Archive in Boston is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Congregationalists/ism and the related organizations and causes that have been important to that denomination and group of people. Such causes/groups include: abolition, temperance, education, mission work, and so much more. We are interested in making our collections more accessible in modern ways.
I'm involved with Simmons GSLIS program as an intern supervisor; New England Archivists; Digital Commonwealth
