I would love to learn more about your "Save Your Collection" project. For about a year or so I have been trying to document the minstrel shows in Fall River, MA where, as I learned from my grandmother, my great-grandfather performed as a clog dancing minstrel performer around 1910. Though highly controversial and sad, it's still history with a personal connection. With the help of some folks in Fall River, I have been uncovering some WONDERFUL photos and documents from the minstrel/vaudeville era in Fall River.
Absolutely! You might want to post about "Save your Collection" under EVENTS, or even start a GROUP for NEMA and include info about your upcoming programs/events there. While you're on the EVENTS page, check out the Meet-n-Greet we're having next Thurs -- it would be great if you could make it!
