A few more random notes:

Keepsake Photo Station: The photo printer we use is a HP PhotoSmart 335 that prints 4x6” photos.

Video Station: We suggest that you pair the videographer with an interviewer. The interviewer should ask each person to state their name and their connection to the community at the beginning of the interview. Then, the interviewer should ask the contributor to share a 2-3 minute story about the photograph(s) that they brought with them. If they did not bring a photo, then they should be asked to share a 2-3 minute story about their connection to the community or a story about the community or their family history. After the event, we ask that the videographer cut the video footage into separate unedited video clips for each interviewee, and saved in .avi format. We ask for two DVD copies for our archive.
